DAY 1
Arrival, meet greet and proceed to Pinnawala. The Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, established in 1975, commenced with seven orphans. Today some of these orphans enjoy the fortune of seeing their grandchildren born in the same location. The original objective of establishing the orphanage inclined more towards tourism, but is soon became a conservation and educational centre. With the help of local and foreign elephant experts, Pinnawela started a scientific captive-breeding programme for elephants. The free movement of the herd enhanced the chances for respective individuals of both sexes to get together and mate. The nearby river played a dominant role in this regard, and in 1984, the first baby of Pinnawela was born. The success story of Pinnawela has drawn the attention of scientists from all over the world. A considerable number of books and research articles on Pinnawela have been published in several languages. The members of the Pinnawela herd have been filmed, videoed and photographed thousands of times by professionals. Thereafter proceed to hotel. Overnight stay at Vil Uyana - Paddy / Marsh Rooms

DAY 2
After breakfast climb the 5th century Sigiriya rock fortress which is a world heritage site, built by King Kashyapa (477-495 AD). The 'Lion Rock' is a citadel of unusual beauty rising 200 metres from the scrub jungle. The rock was the innermost stronghold of the 70 hectare fortified town. A moat, rampart, and extensive gardens including the renowned water gardens ring the base of the rock. Visit the world-renowned frescoes of the 'Heavenly Maidens' of Sigiriya, which are in a sheltered pocket of the rock approached by a spiral stairway. These frescoes are painted in earth pigments on plaster. On completion return to hotel. Overnight stay at Vil Uyana–Paddy/Marsh Rooms
DAY 3
After breakfast proceed to Kandy via Matale. Visit a spice garden in Matale to see different spices for which Sri Lanka is famous for. Here, clients could see different spices and how some of these spices are grown and processed. Witness a Cookery demonstration. Check in at Earls Regency – Premium Wing Rooms.
P.M. city tour of Kandy. Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings which is a World Heritage Site. The name "Kandy" conjures visions of splendour and magnificence. Many of the legends, traditions and folklore are still lovingly kept alive. Drive around the Kandy Lake built by the last Sinhala king, Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe in 1798. Visit the Kandy town and Bazaar, the arts and crafts centre, a gem museum and a lapidary. Also visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy. Thereafter witness a Cultural show. DAY 4
After breakfast proceed to Hatton enroute visit a tea factory / tea plantation. Check in at Tea Trails – Luxury Rooms Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at Tea Trails – Luxury Rooms. DAY 5

DAY 6
After breakfast proceed to Galle. Check in at Amangalla. Rest at the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Amangalla.
DAY 7
After breakfast do a city tour of Galle, once the chief port of Ceylon. It is still well known for hand-made lace. You can also visit the Galle Fort (spanning 90 acres) which was originally built by the Portuguese and later extended by the Dutch in 1663. This is a World Heritage Site. Overnight stay at Amangalla
DAY 8
After breakfast proceed to Colombo. Check in at Galle Face Hotel – Regency Wing (Oceanic Friends of Galle Face). Afternoon do a city tour of Colombo, like many capital cities in developing countries is fast changing its face. Almost overnight, skyscrapers arise from where old buildings once stood. Yet in some parts, the old world charm is retained. For example, there is a 100-year-old clock tower and several British built colonial buildings. Other places of interest are the Pettah bazaar - where one can shop for bargain, a Hindu and a Buddhist temple, residential areas where you find the stately homes of the affluent, the Colombo museum, the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH)- an outright gift to Sri Lanka from the People's Republic of China, and the Dutch Museum. Overnight stay at Galle Face Hotel – Regency Wing (Oceanic Friends of Galle Face).
DAY 9
After breakfast transfer to airport in time for departure
Payment Terms
Once you confirm your tour with us, you will require to deposit 30% of total tour amount as advance against your tour and for balance payment, we request you to pay once the booking is confirmed or as per the local suppliers advise.
If due to any circumstances, you will be not able to carry out the tour as per agreements between us and our supplier; in such condition will have your advance payment available with you as per the cancellation policy, and amount will be deposited in your bank account or as a cash cheque,which ever is convenient for you. For advance payment our bank details will be forward to you on your e-mail. Or you can drop in to our office and do the necessary payments.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation charges would be as follows: -
• 45 days prior to arrival – No cancellation charges. Only actual service cost would be charged, if any (like train tickets ,cruise booking, flight bookings etc.)
• 15 days prior to arrival – 5% of the Tour + Actual service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival – 10% of the Tour + Actual service cost
• 72 hours prior to arrival – 50% of the Tour + Actual service cost
• Less than 72 hours or No Show – No Refund
In case of Special products bookings such us group tours, cruise bookings, flight bookings, Trains Journeys and/or peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable which we shall advise you as and when Applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e. hotels/transports etc. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, guide services etc. there will be no refund.
The refund formalities and the time taken will be subject to approval or clearance time taken by the concerned supplier. Once the necessary clearance is obtained and the refund formalities are over we will issue a cheque or will be deposited into your account as per your convenience.

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges or any other charges ,the same would be charged as extra.
We act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, cruise liners, transporter, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, and accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment's, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage's & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
